Due to the chemical and professional nature of automotive paint products, please note the following:

No Returns / No Refunds
• We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Incorrect application or incompatibility issues
• Color variation due to screen display or lighting
• Custom-mixed or special-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you must:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide:
• Clear images/videos of the package and product
• Invoice/order number

After verification, we may offer:
• Replacement of the affected product, or
• Store credit (at our discretion)

Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• We strongly recommend test applications before full usage.
